Canada (again)

Drone Flying

August 28th to September 3rd 2017: After all those miles it was time to take it easy. We crossed back over into Canada at Niagara with no problems and opted to stay two nights at Jordan Valley Campground. This is a lovely site and really well looked after.  It was a good base for exploring the vineyards in the area.  One in particular, Vineland, I had been to before and we enjoyed a wine tasting and cheeseboard and left with four bottles of my favourite Canadian Ice Wine!

From there we went on to Toronto and stayed at Indian Line Campground for two nights which is very handy for the city and caught up with some old friends.  This was to be a ‘catch up’ few days as the next stop would be for two nights at a friends cottage  on the Lake in Baysville where we had a very relaxing time eating, drinking, drone flying and some hilarious board games.

We also spent time planning our route to Prince Edward Island taking in Ottawa, Montreal and Quebec City ( and then we changed all of that the day after we departed – the freedom of being in the RV)!
