Date of Stay Feb 1st to Feb 7th 2014 The Motorhome was here for Spring Fair accommodation for Annie. Classic well kept Caravan Club site but it was a bit like parking on a car park as we were on a large area of Tarmac with several other motorhomes. A gravel pitch would have been nicer but anything other than hard standing was out of the question given the incessant rain.
Very handy for the NEC, about 20 minutes drive and we had dinner at Lasan in Birmingham one evening. This is an Indian Restaurant which received a Gordon Ramsey award and is listed in the Sunday Times top 100 places to eat. £45 a head (!) but stunning and not like any other Indian you would have experienced. I have popped its location on the map below as well as the site location.  Highly recommended as is the Caravan Club site itself.
